Why the publishing company came first, and the books came from it
“I didn't create a publishing company because I knew publishing. I created one because I had to learn publishing.” Digby's first title forced him to learn how a manuscript becomes a finished book: editing, distribution, cover design, the parts nobody sees. That process became DKNY Publishing, built so other aspiring authors would not have to learn it the hard way alone.
